The service was good and friendly. We took the trouble to book online and go there only to find a nearly derelict place, certainly on-one about, and all closed. This makes it totally different from other well-known carnivals such as the ones in Brazil and in Germany.The opening activities in the first weekend of the Carnival take place in the Cannaregio sestiere. There's nothing like celebrating Carnevale in Italy.
