They promised a liberal return policy when purchasing but refused to honor that return later.

We looked at one couch in the clearance or sale section of the store and the whole back of it has rips on the top of it. !This place is loaded with furniture.

Was told by sales guy we had to disassemble the old bed prior to delivery of new one. Great group of people!We have purchased several pieces from here over the years and furnished our daughters home also. They people are great and the prices are even better!!! Very quick delivery if you need it in your house rite away. I never thought I'd sleep well again but they helped us choose based on everything we told them and could not be happier.

Ended up buying 3 bedrooms, dining room and living room leather set.

They have both sunk in and we only had them a month. As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. That's a lot of hounding for that short amount of time.

And the workers here are extremely unprofessional and rude.

Please BEWARE, I firmly believe that this business will be closed within a year.I loved the customer service and I'm pleased with the quality and price of the bedroom furniture I purchased. That's the only reason I gave them 3 out of 5 stars.Ordered a bunk bed & paid for take-away if old bed and delivery of new one - $99. !Good quality for us.

Furniture is solid wood with metal hardware. I expected all the prices to be outrageous.
In the end I paid the driver an additional $75 to take the old bed down and deliver my new bed. For the price it cost I could get a couch more stylish and not damaged somewhere else. I am a senior citizen and believe they think they can take advantage of senior citizens here in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am small frame woman and you can see my body indentation from the first night of sleeping on this mattress.
