I do work with kids for a living...but tend to avoid all locations with large groups of children in my spare time since that reminds me a bit too much of work.

i asked if the museum was struggling financially and he got very defensive and launched into a diatribe about how awesome the museum is, how he turned the place around financially, how he has never heard complaints such as mine. The river section needs steps or something forI had the wonderful opportunity to take my grandchildren to the children's museum in Memphis late August. We were visiting from out of town and discovered this gem.

The Children's Museum of Memphis. I do have one complaint! We want to come back in fall 2017 when the Grand Carousel is complete because we know our son will love it.All-in-all we felt like the museum delivered exactly what it promised on the website:  about 2.5 hours of fun exhibits for the kids.
