So confusing!I'm still 'under review' right now (and super nervous about it) for my DCP, but I started out in 'applied.' Applicants must be 18 or older and a US citizen or permanent resident.Like what you see here?
Then, about a week or 2 ago, the link to check job status was completely gone from my dashboard. After the first interview, I had questions I didn’t think of during my initial interview.
After you log in to your Dashboard, click on: View Your Dashboard>Dashboard>Applications>Submitted Applications>the name of the position applied to.
Disney isnt about that.
I'm sure each position/department can be different as far as the duration of the process, but I was told by my source in the department I applied to that they had contacted HR to inform them they wanted me to be on the short list of interviewees - however, no contact from HR yet. There wasn’t a question that came out of left field. Everybody's application is unique and moves through our process at different speeds. But I was told, due to the slow HR process, to be patient and give the process time.Thank you very much. I'm aware that this is a common glitch.
After Yummy Jobs kindly fixed my application and it was successfully sent off, I just logged onto YJ website to find this.. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Burbank, CA).The Disney HR team has a tendency to mislead and demand interviews the same day because "no other time works". I applied online. (2/7 in progress, the rest in submission)I have noticed this as well. Tell me about yourself and how you would fit in to this position. From new releases to classics, plus tons of TV shows, and exclusive Originals, like The Mandalorian, there’s always something new to discover. Please do not resubmit this application. Yes, after receiving your Disney Visa Credit Card, you can use your card to complete your payment online if you initiated your reservation online at Disneyland.com, DisneyWorld.com, or DisneyCruise.com.
First you fill out the application, if you are chosen to move on you get a web based interview, if you are chosen to move on again you have a phone interview that is about 20 minutes long.
Overall it was a very straightforward process. Very smooth.I applied online. That is very useful information. I've read on other forums that discuss the hiring process that it can take months for HR to even make the first contact with applicants. If your application is still “under review”, Chase will give you an expected timeline for their decision which is a strong indication of the probably of being approved or denied.
I just hope this long wait has to do with it being the Holiday season. I understand selling alcohol at sit down restaurants but the quick serve alcohol stands are very disappointing.

So the listing I applied for is no longer "active". What shows on mine is as follows:A month ago, I applied for a corporate position in Asia and received an automated e-mail which indicated that shortlisted candidates would be notified within 14 days from the application.Hi Liza. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2020.First interview was a BlueJeans interview with a HR recruiter Very positive experience. The link to check job status disappeared and then reappeared a day later. The interviewers were either senior financial analysts or managers and were all very nice to talk to from my experience.I applied online. Only Disney+ gives you unlimited entertainment. It's taking a pretty long time though so I'm not sure how accurate that is.
Application Received - You've successfully submitted your application to us. I'm still 'under review' right now (and super nervous about it) for my DCP, but I started out in 'applied.'
All the jobs still say under review. Asked if I had camera experience, if I’d be willing to work outside, and if I can lift 50 pounds. I see there is a separate section for "Under Review," and my applications have not moved to this section. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company. I let that one slide and scheduled an interview panel meeting where I met with 4 coworkers. It sounds then like the progression naming may have changed. So I think 'applied' is the new 'in submission' and 'under review' means CMs (or the computer program) is reviewing your application and deciding whether or not to move you forward. Then, with the recent revamp of the Dashboard site, when I checked on Saturday 8/19 the status had changed to "Under Review". All questions were based on my resume and experience. I've applied and it's Under Review.
I first had a screening interview with a recruiter which I passed and then moved on to the next round. Applied for a Corporate job on Thanksgiving, and been so excited feel like watching the countdown to my next trip and want it to go faster!! Almost as if they had hired someone internally already.
