When I cut the desk there will be one side that is missing a leg in the back.

There are some small things I don't like and it's not super-powerful, but it works fine for me (mine is the yellow one, few years old, not the newer oranger one.A lot of it will come down to home much you're realistically going to use it and what you're going to be making. I've resawed 6" boards with a good blade and patience.

It's smaller and doesn't feel as nice as the Rigid combo sander, but it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.How much cheaper is it than the Woodriver (which I think is the same machine but at least Woodcraft will give you better support)?Personally I'm a fan of buying tools used as long as your reasonably confident about what makes a good tool and you inspect it thoroughly. 130. I had no complain about the planer (but did upgrade to a used Dewalt 735 that I found on CL for $325), I still use the ceiling mounted air filtration and the sander.
