I like how Anna Jones shows the principle of cooking and you don't need to follow the recipe blindly, lots of alternatives offered which is really nice. We have tried lots of recipes from here and never had a bad meal. Sometimes its difficult as a vegetarian to get creative with cooking especially when you are trying to find something quick to eat. Brilliant and innovative.
I find with a lot of vegetarian cookbooks they require a variety of ingredients that can be difficult to get at your bog standard supermarket, however I haven't had this problem with this book so far!
