Went again today for help for a new issue and was very very satisfied.Sent to this new Jurong East shop my kaput six year old Acer Desktop for repair. Although he told me it needed 3-4 working days, he got it done the very next day and was patient to explain any queries I had. Communication with them is smooth as they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. I asked if he could help with reinstalling my M Office, he said he will need to charge me $85. :)My acer laptop had a cracked LCD screen. They arranged the pick up and informed me my windows were corrupted with a bloated battery.
I guess is mutual trust and respect! Making sure that I understand why or what some things are necessary to be done.Not to mention the guy over at the jurong branch is a nice guy. Collected laptop from my home and within 2 days came back with diagnosis and cost for repair. I said what if I do it myself and he can just watch me to make sure I do it right. The staff, Ken, is really friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, they were transparent with everything they do. No Repair, No Charge! He was quick to point out the problems on the spot and offered suggestions as well as post-repair maintenance advices. In the end, I aborted one PC repair (not worth the cost) and went ahead with the other at a decent price. After running some tests for a few days, no problem was found with my desktop and the initial charge was waived (paid $0).
