After Toxie II and III (which were suppose to be one movie but due to its length was made into two) this movie is a welcome return to what made the first Toxic Avenger an instant cult classic. Toxie's evil double the Noxious Offender kills two men while referring to them as "Faggot #1" and "Faggot #2".
Though not up to the heights of whacked-out insanity established in Kaufman's last two films ... the film does have its moments. Cinemark April 11, 2006

How Did They Do That: To achieve the illusion of exploding a school filled with special students, the effect wizards blew up a warehouse filled with special students!
