This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of I’d long heard of the grace and beauty of the Greenbrier Resort, and of the top-notch service afforded there. Your atypical experiences concerning the lapses in service in the Main Dining Room were especially disappointing to read and I am following up with that team to ensure that issues of this nature do not recur in the future. The patio furniture and porch was the cleanest I've ever seen.
I have also followed up to ensure that our maintenance of the Indoor Pool is up to date and proper. The Paradise Row cottages were built in the early 1800s, and have always been popular with honeymooners. The … Yet, their service and hospitality was not worth the expense. While allowing us to accomplish these goals, the proceeds from this fund will also have an important economic, environmental, and educational impact on the resort, its surrounding communities, and the state of West Virginia. Its character has changed with societal evolution. The Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) of 6.5% is collected to preserve and protect landscapes, buildings, and amenities that have played a meaningful role in The Greenbrier’s past while carefully planning the continuous improvement for the future. The Paradise Row cottage we were in was spotless (well, there was a trail of sweet ants, but it must be hard to totally seal up a building from the 1830s). Each cottage features one king bed, parlor with sofa bed, two bathrooms, wet bar, fireplace, patio and porch. The Baltimore Row Legacy Cottages were built in the 1830s, a decade of rapid expansion at The Greenbrier.

Today, the White Sulphur Hill neighborhood consists of 29 homesites, with many homes built and a handful of homes and homesites for sale. The restaurants add a 20% service charge, but all was so exemplary, we added extra several times.
