I should not have had to follow up with them, but they constantly refuse to actually make sure the work order gets picked up and done. American homes need to do that. I'm… I left light bulbs and hung new blinds and got charged.

My bill went from 160 to 335 in the past two months. to allegedly clean carpets when I had paid for professional carpet cleaning the day I moved out. Once you move in, getting someone to come and fix an issue is another!
I feel like the property managers take forever to respond, or don't at all. When my lease was due to be renewed, I put in my notice giving me time to pack/clean and to move. But it's also not an excuse for a business to leave a client hanging; no reply to multiple e-mails. First off the fees to apply are ridiculous. Nope. $200. At this point it's been a week and a half with dry sewage on the carpets and a sump pump that is barely holding on. 3. We called them right away to arrange for a tech to come out to see what's going on.
They are useless and refuse to do anything. I wrote a very unpleasant review about this company a few weeks ago. Just me. If you need something leave a voicemail and you will get a return call. I'm depressed and miserable in my own house and I'm stuck here for a year.Heater went out and I called it in. I am severely allergic to cats, so I wake up every morning and have to use my emergency inhaler, open all of the windows and am still struggling. I've yet to hear back from anyone about my issues!
We have reached out to them several times to get this fixed and keep getting the runaround. Then repainted and had everything professionally cleaned and carpets done as well. That's stupid!
2nd they did not come to fix our ac or sink for the first 13 days of our move in. We disputed owing this and just got the paperwork to show proof and I'm already turned in to credit bureaus and dropped my score dramatically. Then it took another month or so for anyone to fix the roof, and now its at least 2 or 3 months since I first made my request and they still refuse to come out and fix the inside. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! It seems that every thing that was charged for was to decrease my $1,595.00 deposit. I can't wait to move because these people are terrible!This would get 0 if I could. For example, I submitted a work order 10/19/19 for our broken oven, it's 11/6/19 and I'm still waiting for a technician to call me and schedule an appointment! They told me my compressor was 15 years old and ready to die. A very friendly maintenance came out and while there he replaced loose/missing screws on the kitchen cupboard, realigned the sliding door in the master suite, and unclogged the garbage disposal. They make the whole process so much easier with their online payments. Yup, they said we had some miscellaneous repair charges up to $300.00 but they said we had accrued a $900.00 electric bill from JUly 21st to the end of August. The lack of communication is troubling and unprofessional. We had the yard looking immaculate. Touch up paint which I did and much more renters are not responsible for. There was no carpeting, the floors were thin laminated floor covering, the walls had not been painted and you could see where only spots were covered. When I submitted a maintenance request I was informed that it was my responsibility for pest control. I could not use the sink in the master suite, it needed a new faucet set with stopper that never worked.
