The Diameter is slightly bigger than a Zone, but not as wide as a full size wide-diameter mid range. If we kept it flat, it would remain flat without any hint of turn. I like the fact that it's really stable and it looks classy.Get a buzzz ss in z line to cover straight shots, s curves, and anhyzers.
The Malta has a strong and controllable flight. The mako 3 is perfect for holding those dead straight or long turnover lines. What's the difference from disc to disc?First Run Buzz: These are old school, hard to find, and pretty expensive.
It has a similar feel and flight to the Zone, but having the distance and trustworthiness as a Buzzz. Flight Numbers – Speed: 5, Glide: 4, Turn: 0, Fade: 3. The reason you might think it comes in 100 versions is because of the variety of plastics they make it in: Pro-D / Elite-X / ESP / Glo / Z / CryZtal / CryZtal FLX / FLX / Titanium, or maybe the variety of stamps with the Big Z stamp that Discraft has going on now & the amount of tournament stamped buzzes that are out there. X is one of my favorites. Its not as durable but more durable than X.I have not thrown in in the limited plastic runs: Crystal, C FLX, Glow Z, Midnight, Big Z or standard plastics like Ti, or ESP FLX.Z Buzzz in 173g and up is the most used and praised. Not champion ( unless you have a big arm). I use a light 165g on for short finesse shots and a 175g for when I need it to just stay on a rail for 275ft.Star Wraith is a Great FH disc for distance. Really nice mid if you like "S" lines rather than straight-to-fade.

If it's stable sometimes and not others, it's either you or the wind that is causing that. and the Buzzz 10th Anniversary is the basic buzzz but the original mold and plastic mix.The GT and 10th anniversary were limited runs last year and are becoming harder and pricier to find.There is rumors of a prototype buzzz OS and if the rumors are true it could be the 2014 Ace Race Disc.I'm a big fan of the Ti. Big Z is a newer plastic that seems to be a sort of hybrid between those two, leaning more towards the Z plastic and a tiny bit more stable, but hardly noticeable.
It glides very well and beats in to under-stable nicely. My favorite thing about the "regular ass old generic" Buzzz that you can buy in every store and its pretty consistent.My Take: Pro-D is the least stable and beats in too fast.

These come in a smoky Z (most common) Midnight, Glow, & American Flag (these get a little pricier as they're more collectors items)Buzz GT: Buzz with GT top, there was an older run of these in regular Z that got discontinued, but a couple of years ago Discraft released a CryZtal version as the MDGO special disc of the year. Generally most people think Glo and Ti tend to be a littler more OS.Then the Buzzz SS (Superstraight) is more understable 0 rated or 5/4/-2/1, offered only in ZThe Buzzz GT is your basic buzzz but with a groove on the top flight plate, this was discontinued in 07 and was just limited released last year. GLI recommend the X plastic.
However, the real difference comes in the way the plastic wears.Pro-D & Elite-X will wear the fastest and the more the disc is thrown, the more stability you will see leave the disc, turning them from straight fliers to flippy fliers with relative ease.Z, CryZtal, CryZtal FLX, & Titanium will all wear at a snails pace. It used the 'wasp tooling' for the mold (IE a beadless wasp) they're all running about $30 now and you can find them on ebay. Discraft describes the Buzzz OS this way, “It’s more overstable than a Wasp, much less than a Drone. It's not very understable. ESP has great grip and better glide than Z. Less skip with flx too though its a tad more stable than other lines.Can I piggyback this question and ask what weight I should get for a Wraith? Great out of the box.
