It is Desolation. He opened a window onto other worlds and onto our own. I'd dare to say that this movie is a failed attempt to assert a political message by drawing on historical events and manipulating them. He makes clear Mexico's blame for putting people on the "devil's highway" through corruption and stupid politics. The writing is excellent and the information presented is timely and provocative. Amazing book!

This is a factual book that reads like a novel. The book is sometimes hard to follow; there are huge jumps back and forth in time and characters.
