LAMY AL-star Fountain pen . The product is xcellent as are all Lamy pens, and this was a good price for a pen which is not widely available in shops! Lamy has spent the last 50 years demonstrating time.

I like that this is a fountain pen inexpensive enough that I'm willing to carry it around, but not as cheap as the disposable Pilot pens. Ein schöner Handschmeichler.

I have the fine nib, the 1.1 calligraphy nib, and next, I'm going to get the umber-colored one with the medium nib (that nib is black - how cool is that?!) I like the Lamy blue ink and find it extremely easy to not have to mess with bottled ink when I'm in a hurry. The LAMY Safari is a great buy for those looking for their first fountain pen, a traveling fountain pen, or a backup/secondary fountain pen.

When I first got the pen I only purchased black ink but have converted it and now use different colored inks and I have to say they are really fun and distinctive. Robert Hayes Bleistift funktioniert nicht mehr.
