On this take of the Highlander legend, we find a Scotsman named Colin who was born in the 2nd Century when his clan was killed by an immortal named Marcus Octavius who was a Roman emperor at the time. Centuries past has he hunts and battles his arch-nemesis to a final showdown centuries in the future.

I haven't actually seen the original Highlander film but as a stand alone anime film I though this was brilliant and definitely worth a watch if your an anime fan.

Fast forward, 6 years... As a big Highlander fan I was super surprised by how much I loved and was entertained by this movie, so much so I had to pick it up.
