I read a review that said the units are old and that couldn't be further from the truth - they must have done a renovation since that review was written.

The only negative aspect is that the units are not new, so what you see is what you get.

One day, with no prior warning whatsoever, I received a letter from my landlord telling me that he was selling the building and that I had to vacate my apartment in 60 days.…"We've only lived here for ~4 months, but I have to say, this is the best residential renting experience we've ever had. Requests were met on time, safe, spacious. I've come back to search for apartments through them several times now because their apartments are typically very reasonably priced, clean, and well taken care of. We have issued several complaints and nothing has been taken care of and over the past 2 years our rent has gone up significantly where it seems to be more expensive then a mortgage.
Burlington, Woburn and Needham are all bearable by car. Living in Waltham is an easy commute to the Boston and Cambridge area. We were able to get Feb to July 2016 at what seemed like a reasonable price for the area. You people dropped in my mailbox rates that have increased from 1550 a month when we started two years ago to now up to a range of 1850-2200.
