CJ has made me question my standards for what I need in a manager and a role, made me question why my work ethic and quality of work were high when other people were getting paid more or getting promoted for doing less. - Not sure what leadership really does, when training is led by account teams and/or product owners, and most account managers/client development managers are smart enough to deal with 99% of client problems. This lack of transparency about the effect of leadership creates more friction and resentment, since they get bonuses based off of what account teams achieve. I wish they could redesign the site to be better and simpler.

I haven't really been impressed with anything else and would not recommend CJ to anyone.Communication is poor. How are you celebrating Mother's Day this Sunday? - Outsourcing client-facing tasks to foreign countries who have little to no knowledge of the industry of common US business practices I like a lot of things this company offers but really makes me nervous with the poor customer service and definitely do like being charged for the negative balance. Doesn't help that majority of leadership is white. Terrible user experience. The bandwidth hogging web site is ridiculously slow and hard to use.

GUI is awfully slow.
